APRIL 18, 2019 PRAYER UPDATE
Israel and the Nations
PART 1:
ISAIAH 9:6: “For
unto us a Child is born. Unto us a Son is given. And, the GOVERNMENT shall be
upon His shoulder. And HIS name will be called WONDERFUL, COUNSELOR, MIGHTY
GOD, EVERLASTING FATHER, PRINCE OF PEACE.”
So, the head of
this perfect government is God’s only begotten Son! His attributes are perfect, too – the Lord’s
designed headship.
It’s very clear
that the Lord designated THIS CHILD BORN, THIS SON GIVEN, to take upon HIS
SHOULDER the weight of GOD’S
GOVERNMENT.
ISAIAH 9:7: “Of
the increase of HIS government and PEACE, there will be no end.”
This particular
government that has been given by God, Himself, will be an eternal government
with eternal peace. It’s not like the governments we see on earth today!
Jesus says in John
4:27: “Peace I leave with you; My
peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. (This peace of Jesus, the Son of God, is not
the same as “world peace”). He says: Do
not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
PRAYER:
We cry out that the “Sar
Shalom”, Jesus, will bring peace to Israel; not through the imperfect
government that is being established today in Israel. But, by the Prince of
Peace who will come and deliver Israelis from all their fears. Lord, as Your
eternal government increases on earth as it is in heaven, so does Your peace
increase!
“Upon the throne of David
and over His kingdom”. We say Amen!
Luke 1:32: “He will be great, and will be called
the Son of the Highest. And, the Lord God will give Him the throne of His
Father David. And, He will reign over the House of Jacob forever. And, of His
Kingdom, there will be no end!”
The purpose of
this perfect government, that will function upon David’s throne, in the Lord’s
eternal Kingdom, will be: “To
order it, and establish it, with judgment and justice. From THAT time forward,
even forever.”
It will be a day of judgement. The people
who walked in darkness will have seen a great light. Those who dwelt in the
land of the shadow of death – upon them a light will shine.
SO, THOSE WHO ARE LIVING WILL KNOW THAT
THE MOST HIGH IS RULER OVER THE KINGDOMS OF THIS WORLD. GOD RULES OVER THE
KINGDOMS OF MANKIND; OVER HUMAN KINGDOMS. AND, HE GIVES HIS RULING AUTHORITY TO
EVEN THE LOWLIEST OF PEOPLE.
PRAYER:
President Reuven Rivlin has
invited Prime Minister/Defense Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to form the next
government coalition in Israel. We wait to see what the parties will demand,
and what they will receive. In the midst of it, we say: “LORD, THY KINGDOM DONE, THY WILL BE DONE, ON
EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN, IN ISRAEL!

REPENTANCE:
WE STAND ON BEHALF OF
ISRAEL, AND WE REPENT FOR EVERY WAY OUR PEOPLE HAVE TURNED FROM YOUR WORD -- IN
THOUGHT, IN ACTION, AND IN REFUSING TO OBEY YOUR COMMANDMENTS. WE ASK YOUR
FORGIVENESS FOR ANYTHING WE HAVE DONE, AS A NATION, WHICH HAS STOPPED US FROM
RECEIVING YOUR SOVEREIGN DESTINY AND CALLING UPON OUR LIVES.
WE CONFESS, ON BEHALF OF OUR
LAND AND PEOPLE, THAT THERE HAVE BEEN PROMISES AND COMMITMENTS MADE TO YOU THAT
WE HAVE BROKEN.
WE CONFESS THAT THERE HAS BEEN CORRUPTION AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
OF OUR GOVERNMENT; THAT MANY ISRAELIS HAVE ACCEPTED IT AS PART OF THE POLITICAL
ATMOSPHERE IN THIS NATION, AND THIS IS WRONG! GOD FORGIVE US FOR COMPROMISING
YOUR WORD; FOR TOLERATING UNRIGHTEOUSNESS.
WE CONFESS THAT BLACKMAIL
HAS OCCURRED IN THE PAST, AND MAY BE OCCURRING RIGHT NOW, AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS
OF GOVERNMENT, BY POLITICAL LEADERS WHO EXPECT CERTAIN FAVORS IN THE NEXT
COALITION. AGAIN, WE SAY THIS IS WRONG AND IT HAS GONE ON TOO LONG!
WE CONFESS THAT HORRIBLE
THINGS WERE SAID, AND LIES WERE DISPERSED, AMONG POLITICAL PARTIES, WHO WERE
FIGHTING FOR POWER AND AUTHORITY IN THIS ELECTION. AND, WE SAY, THAT IT IS YOU, RIGHTEOUS LORD, AND YOU ALONE, THAT HAS ALL POWER, ALL
AUTHORITY, ALL RULE, AND ALL JUSTICE, COMING FROM THE THRONE OF HEAVEN, THAT JUDGES
THE HEARTS OF MEN.
LORD, WE APPEAL TO YOUR MERCY,
THAT ANY JUDGMENT AGAINST ISRAEL WILL BE REVERSED AS WE CRY OUT FOR YOUR WILL
TO BE DONE. LORD, WE THANK YOU THAT MERCY TRIUMPHS OVER JUDGMENT, SO WE SPEAK
YOUR BLESSING OVER OUR NATION.

NOW, WE STAND IN YOUR GRACE
AND MERCY, AND WE PROCLAIM, IN THE NAME OF YESHUA, THAT THERE WILL BE A FRESH ALIGNMENT FROM HEAVEN TO EARTH, THAT
WILL DIRECT THE THOUGHTS, MINDS, AND ACTIONS OF OUR LEADERS IN THIS LAND. WE
DECLARE THAT, ACROSS ISRAEL, YOU WILL ESTABLISH THAT WHICH CONCERNS YOU. AND,
THAT YOU WILL DIRECT THE HEARTS OF OUR LEADERS, AND CONFIRM THE WORK OF THEIR
HANDS.

PRAY INTO PROVERBS 16:3.
WE ENTREAT YOU, DEAR LORD,
THAT THE WIND OF YOUR “RUACH HA KODESH” (HOLY
SPIRIT) WOULD BLOW THROUGH THE HALLS OF THIS NEW GOVERNMENT. WE DECLARE THAT
THE KNESSET WOULD BE A PLACE WHERE ISRAELI OFFICIALS, IN ALL POLITICAL CIRCLES,
WILL HAVE ENCOUNTERS WITH YESHUA; THAT THEY WILL HUMBLE THEMSELVES AND PRAY,
AND SEEK YOUR FACE, AND TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS, ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU,
ALONE, ARE GOD OVER ALL!

PART 3:
There have been disagreement
with Israeli citizens, among liberal Jews abroad, about the covenant land of
Israel. Recently, U.S. Democrats in the Congressional House of Representatives,
sent a letter to U.S. President Donald Trump, and issued a strong public
statement, warning against a possible move by Israel’s next government to annex
Judea and Samaria (the West Bank). Four supposedly strong supporters of Israel
said Democrats would oppose annexation, which could create a future
confrontation between the Israeli government and Americans in Congress. They
said it could affect U.S. support for Israel. These Democrats are still
supporting a “two-state solution”, which was not much of a topic in these recent
Israeli elections.
U.S. Secretary of
State Mike Pompeo, in a recent press conference, refused to define a “two-state
solution” as part of the new Trump plan for peace. Trump, himself, has avoided
that term in recent months.
Yet, these
Democrats (along with leftist Jewish organizations; the Reformed movement; and
liberal rabbis) are undermining Israel, trying to cause trouble in the
relationship between Israel and the United States.
J Street, a U.S.
leftist organization that supports producing a new “peace camp” in Israel that
does not, currently, exist in the nation, said in a letter to its mailing list
recently: “As a result, yesterday’s election did not place in front of the
voters the central question about Israel’s future: What happens to Israel’s
security, democracy and Jewish character if it chooses to permanently rule all of the territory – and all of the people –
between the river and the sea?”
But, that IS God’s promise… that through
Him, Israel WILL rule over all of the territory between the Euphrates River and
the Great Sea!
American liberal
Jewish leaders, who wrote an open letter to Trump, created such a media uproar,
that Trump has invited them to the White House for a discussion.
We must pray that these leaders do not
pressure Trump in a way that would be unfavorable to Israel; and, that would
upset what a majority of Israeli citizens desire at this time.
We also must pray that Western EU
countries that want Israel to adhere to the “two state solution”, and are
trying to use the BDS movement to hurt Israel’s economy, be stopped in their
tracks in Yeshua’s name. They are trying to put pressure on Israel to submit to
the European political agenda.
PRAYER:
WE COME INTO AGREEMENT WITH
GOD’S WORD ACCORDING TO Psalm
33:10-11: “The LORD foils
the plans of the nations; He thwarts the purposes of the peoples. The counsel
of the LORD stands forever; the purposes of His heart to all generations.”
GOD’S DESIGNED PLAN FOR THE
NATIONS OF THE EARTH WILL NEVER FAIL!
WE DECLARE THIS NATION OF
ISRAEL IS CALLED TO LIVE ACCORDING TO GOD’S LAWS, NOT MEN’S, AND TO DEMONSTRATE
HIS PRINCIPLES THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.
WE INTERCEDE BEFORE GOD THAT
JEWISH LEADERS IN AMERICA WILL READ THE TENACH, GET CONVICTED, AND COME INTO
AGREEMENT WITH THE LORD’S BIBLICAL PURPOSES CONCERNING THE LAND OF ISRAEL.
Jeremiah 22:29: O
land, land, land, hear the word of the Lord!
WE PRAISE YOU LORD FOR THE SPLENDED
SPIRITUAL INHERITANCE OF THIS NATION; WE PROCLAM THAT THE NAME OF YESHUA WILL BE
EXALTED HERE; THE SOVEREIGN PURPOSES OF GOD FULFILLED IN THIS PLACE; AND THE KINGDOM
OF GOD ESTABLSHED ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN…. FROM JERUSALEM, TO JUDEA AND
SAMARIA, AND TO THE REST OF THE WORLD!
WHEN THE ARMS OF MOSES WERE
LIFTED UP, BY AARON AND HUR, YOUR DIVINE PURPOSES PREVAILED. THEREFORE, WE ASK
YOU TO PROVIDE THOSE SAME ARMS TO THE NEW PRIME MINISTER OF ISRAEL, BENJAMIN
NETANYAHU.
WE SPEAK STRENGTH TO HIS SPIRIT -- THAT YOUR TENDERNESS, COMPASSION,
LOVE AND HOPE WILL HELP HIM TO WEATHER THE STORMS COMING. WE TRUST THAT YOU
WILL ENABLE HIM TO ENDURE UNDER GREAT PRESSURE, WHILE HE ANTICIPATES THE VISION
OF ISRAEL COMING TO PASS… “AS A LIGHT TO
THE NATIONS.”
AT THIS CRITICAL TIME, EVEN
AS “RIGHTEOUSNESS EXALTS A NATION”, WE SPEAK TO THE ANCIENT FOUNDATIONS OF THIS
NATION – TO THIS GODLY MANDATE OF ISRAEL. WE CALL FORTH ISRAEL’S DESTINY IN THE
NAME OF YESHUA!
WE STAND AS WATCHMEN IN THIS
HOUR, AND WE DECREE THAT ISRAEL WILL RISE UP AND LEAD THE NATIONS, AS GOD’S
FIRST-BORN SON, BRINGING THE NATIONS INTO ALIGNMENT WITH THE LORD’S PLANS AND
PURPOSES. IT WILL NOT BE BY MIGHT, NOR BY POWER, BUT
BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD – TEMPERED BY HIS HEART, AND
SUSTAINED IN HIS PURITY AND HOLINESS.
ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD, CONCERNING
JOSIAH: 2 Kings 22:2:
“He did what was right in the eyes of the LORD and followed completely
the ways of his father David, not turning aside to the right or to the left.”
WE ASK THAT THE NEWLY FORMED
ISRAELI GOVERNMENT WILL NOT TRY TO PLEASE THE “RIGHT” OR THE LEFT”, BUT WALK IN
THE WAYS OF OUR FOREFATHERS, ACCORDING TO DAVID, AND UPON HIS THRONE… ORDERED
AND ESTABLISHED BY YESHUA, HIMSELF!
WE DECLARE THAT THE GODLY
HERITAGE OF ISRAEL WILL BE SUPPORTED AND STRENGTHENED BY THE LAWS OF YOUR
COVENANT LAND.
WE DECLARE THAT THE BORDERS AND
SOVEREIGNTY OF OUR NATION – SPIRITUAL, PHYSICAL, POLITICAL, JUDICIAL,
LEGISLATIVE, AND ECONOMIC, WILL BE HELD IN PLACE, NOT UPROOTED, AND KEPT
PROTECTED ACCORDING TO THE HOLY SCRIPTURES, AND ACCORDING TO THE LORD’S PROPHETIC
PURPOSES CONCERNING ZION, JERUSALEM, AND THE EXTENDED LAND (FROM THE EUPHRATES

PART 4:
Benjamin
Netanyahu will be entering his fifth term serving as Prime Minister when he puts
together and completes his government coalition. In July of this year, reportedly,
he will succeed Ben Gurion as the longest ruling Prime Minister in the history
of the modern state of Israel. The ultra-Orthodox have crowned him King Bibi,
and some believe he will rule until the Messiah, Himself, returns. This is a
dangerous precedent, and we must pray that Netanyahu will walk in humility not
pride.
Believers are
divided, as they have been praying “opinionated politics” into this election.
Some are praying that there will be a National Unity government between Likud
and Blue and White. They are interceding that the ultra-Orthodox Haredim will
be rooted out of this new government. Others are against Blue and White,
because of what they perceive is a party that would bring Israel into a peace agreement
with concessions (“land for peace”).
A “house divided
cannot stand”. If we want our house to
stand, then we must be united! Again, the purpose is to pull down God’s perfect
government onto earth… to bring heaven to earth… where His Kingdom come; His will
be done!
IN THIS SEASON OF GOVERNMENTAL
SHIFT, LORD, WE PROCLAIM THAT YOU ARE RELEASING A NEW FRESH ANOINTING THAT WILL
ESTABLISH A STRONGER PRAYER MOVEMENT IN ISRAEL. MAY IT RESULT IN A SPIRITUAL
ARMY THAT BREAKS THROUGH FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE LORD OF HOSTS, THE COMMANDER
OF THE ARMIES OF THE LORD!
WE PRAY THAT YOU WILL RAISE UP HIGH-LEVEL GODLY
INTERCESSORS, WHO KNOW HOW TO STAND IN THE GAP FOR ISRAEL, ACCORDING TO ISAIAH 62:6-7.
WE THANK YOU FOR FRESH
REVELATION, AND FOR ACCEPTANCE OF ONE ANOTHER, ESPECIALLY IN THE VARIETY OF
WAYS THAT PRAYER WARRIORS INTERCEDE. WE CALL FORTH GODLY TRAVAIL; WATCHMEN AND
WATCHWOMEN WHO WAIT ON THE LORD IN ACTIVE PRAYER. MOST OF ALL, WE CALL FORTH
ALL INTERCESSORS TO HONOR ONE ANOTHER IN THIS COUNTRY, ESPECIALLY IN THIS CITY
OF JERUSALEM!
WE DECLARE THAT ALL THOSE
WHO INTERCEDE WILL WALK IN GREATER UNITY WITH LOVE, PURPOSE, AND VISION --
UNDER THE LORDSHIP OF JESUS. WE ALIGN
OURSELVES WITH YOUR TRUTH, LORD, AND WAIT FOR YOU TO RELEASE US INTO A NEW
LEVEL OF SPIRITUAL MATURITY, AUTHORITY, DISCERNMENT, AND ACCURACY IN PRAYER.
WE ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE BEEN
DEALING WITH THE BODY OF MESSIAH IN JERUSLAEM -- ESPECIALLY OUR PRIDE, AN
INDEPENDENT SPIRIT, AND THE DESIRE FOR POSITION AND TITLE. WE REPENT AND HUMBLE
OURSELVES BECAUSE OF THE WAYS WE HAVE SEPARATED OURSELVES FROM ONE OTHER IN
ARROGANCE. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR FORGIVENESS UNDER THE SHED BLOOD OF YESHUA. WE
SEEK A TANGIBLE SIGN OF YOUR PRESENCE; FRESH UNDERTSTANDING OF OUR IDENTITY IN
YOU; MAJESTIC GLORY; AND BRIDAL LOVE COMING FROM YOUR THRONE ROOM.
REMEMBERING THAT PRIDE COMES
BEFORE THE FALL, WE DECLARE THAT BELIEVERS WILL, INSTEAD, FIX THEIR “EYES UPON JESUS, THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF
OUR FAITH”; THAT YOUR RESURRECTION POWER WILL CAUSE FAITH, TRUST, HOPE AND
FRESH VISION TO ARISE! WE THANK YOU THAT AS WE APPROACH RESURRECTION DAY, AFTER
ACKNOWLEDGING WHAT YOU DID ON THE CROSS FOR US, DURING THIS PASSOVER SEASON,
YOU WILL RELEASE YOUR ARMIES OF HEAVEN, IN THIS HOUR, TO AID AND FREE YOUR
PEOPLE FROM BONDAGE… BEGINNING FIRST WITH THE WHOLE HOUSEHOLD OF GOD!

KNOWN. YOU WILL MAKE DARKNESS INTO THE LIGHT, AND THE CROOKED PLACES IN OUR
LIVES STRAIGHT -- THAT YOUR BODY IN THIS LAND, WILL ARISE AND SHINE – BEAR
FRUIT; BE INFLUENTIAL; DISCERN THE TIMES AND SEASONS WE LIVE IN; AND ACT
THROUGH THE POWERFUL WORKING OF YOUR HOLY SPIRIT.
WE DECREE THAT WE WILL BE
CONNECTED TO LIFE-GIVING ETERNAL TREASURES THAT ARE STORED UP FOR US IN HEAVEN.
WE DECLARE THAT THE
REVELATION OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD WILL, INCREASINGLY, COME UPON US – THAT WE
WILL TAKE HOLD OF EVERY OPPORTUNITY THAT YOU ARE RELEASING TO US, IN YESHUA’S
NAME.

PRAY THROUGH MATTHEW 16:19 AND PSALM 133:1-3, FOR THE BODY OF MESSIAH,
ESPECIALLY FOR THE INTERCESSORS IN THE LAND.
PART 5:
THE KNESSET: It
is not only about the formation of a new government coalition, but about laws
that will be passed by members of the Knesset. Yair Lapid, who will, most
likely, sit in the Opposition with his Yesh Atid party, said he would make life
miserable for the Netanyahu government. He could try and convince Members of
the Knesset to block any and every bill that the new government wants to pass. MAY
THAT NOT BE, LORD!!
PRAYER:
WE DECLARE THAT MEMBERS OF
THE KNESSET WILL ACT ACCORDING TO YOUR ANCIENT SCRIPTURES THAT SHAPED THIS
NATION FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS! WE THANK
YOU FOR EVERY HEAVENLY FOUNDATION THAT HAS BEEN BUILT UPON IN THE MODERN STATE
OF ISRAEL.
THIS DAY, WE LOOK TO THE
FORMATION AND COMPLETION OF ISRAEL’S NEW PARLIAMENT. WE DECLARE THAT IT IS, AND
WILL BE, BUILT UPON YOUR TRUTH; WITH OFFICIALS ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR SOVEREIGNTY.
WE PRAY THAT ISRAEL’S LEADERS WILL STAND FOR FREEDOM AND FOR THE VALUE OF
INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS. WE THANK YOU FOR THE DAILY PRAYERS THAT HAVE GROUNDED AND
PROTECTED YOUR GODLY PRINCIPLES; YOUR VALUES; AND YOUR RIGHTEOUS LAWS.
WE
DECREE THAT YOUR MORAL STANDARDS WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED AND OBEYED BY THE PEOPLE
OF THIS LAND; THAT THEY WILL SUBMIT TO YOUR SPIRIT WORKING IN AND THROUGH THEM.
WE ASK YOU TO ALIGN ISRAEL ACCORDING TO YOUR WAYS -- THAT THE NATION WOULD
YIELD TO THIS ALIGNMENT IN THIS NEW SEASON, AS YOU RE-ENFORCE RIGHTEOUSNESS AND
JUSTICE INTO THIS SOCIETY.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, WE
PROCLAIM THAT IN THE DAYS AHEAD, ISRAEL’S KNESSET WILL OPERATE UNDER THE
HIGHEST STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE IN THE LAND; THAT LAWMAKERS WILL WALK IN INCREASED
WISDOM, ACKNOWLEDGING THE HEART OF GOD AND HIS KINGDOM PURPOSES; SETTING
STRAIGHT PATHS FOR ISRAELI SOCIETY, IN JESUS NAME.
