June 11, 2019 PRAYER UPDATE
Israel
and the Nations
1.
PRAYER
FOR THE GOVERNMENT AND PRIME MINISTER BENJAMIN NETANYAHU:
· Israel
will have had a government in transition from April 2019 to, at the very least, October 2019. That’s six months without a fully functioning
government!
· As
politicians go on the campaign trail this week, we want to lift up our current
Prime Minister:
· We pray for Netanyahu to be a David and not
a Saul…
1 Kings 15:5: For David had done what was right in the eyes of the LORD, and had not
failed to keep any of the LORD's commands all the days of his life--except in
the case of Uriah the Hittite.
1 Samuel 13:13-14: Samuel speaking to Saul: “You have done a foolish thing,” Samuel said. “You have not kept the
command the Lord your God gave you; if you
had, He would have established your kingdom over Israel for all time. But now your kingdom will
not endure; the Lord has sought out a man after His own heart and appointed him ruler of
his people, because you have not kept the Lord’s command.”
(That
“someone” was the shepherd boy, David).
1 Samuel 15:22: "Tell me," Samuel said. "Does the LORD really want
sacrifices and offerings? No! He doesn't want your sacrifices. He wants you to
obey him.
PRAY THAT NETANYAHU WOULD NOT
JUST LOOK TO OFFER SACRIFICES, BUT WOULD REPENT AND OBEY THE LORD!
· Netanyahu
said he would show up at his October 2-3 indictment hearing; but, at the same
time, he wants to delay it. And, he is trying to get Attorney-General Avichai
Mandelbilt to reconsider the date. He has sent out a public video putting
pressure on Mandelbilt.
We pray that Israel’s best leaders will be delivered
from any deceitful and unjust men among them.
And, if Netanyahu is innocent, we pray that
the Lord will go before him, and give him favor during the indictment period;
that the Lord will reveal Netanyahu’s innocence to the Israeli public.
· Pray for the September 17th
elections:
(1) Thank
God for not allowing a government to be formed in April because He has something
better for Israel.
(2) Now, we
are looking forward to a government that HE directs, including those HE wants
in key positions in the coalition and in the Knesset.
(3) Pray,
especially, that the Lord will raise up Godly men and women who will serve Him,
and depend on Him for wise counsel.
(4) Pray
that the Lord will deal harshly with every elected official that tries to
control, manipulate, coerce, and engage in unrighteous behavior in both the
future Israeli government and the Knesset.
(5) Ask the
Lord to remove all who want to serve demonic powers and do not want to serve
the God of Israel, Isaac, and Jacob, in Jesus’ name.
Titus 1:1: Paul, was chosen as “a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus
Christ to further the faith of God's elect and their knowledge of the truth
that leads to godliness…”
We pray for God’s “elect” (in the Body of Messiah); and, we pray for
the Israeli “election”…. that those chosen to run this nation will be
strengthened in the faith, and in the knowledge of the truth that leads to
godliness.

PRAYER
ABOUT IRAN:
· The head
of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is concerned that Iran has
continued to enrich uranium despite international restrictions contained in the
Iran nuclear deal.
· Iran may
be hiding five new underground hidden nuclear sites inside the country.
· Syrian
opposition officers have documented the site of several Iranian missile caches
in Syria.
· Hezbollah,
Iran’s proxy, is said to have its forces entrenched on the Golan Border with
Israel. This includes:
*30,000
rockets with a range of 10 kilometers; 40,000 rockets with a range of 40
kilometers; 200 rockets with a range of 300 kilometers; and about 10 rockets
with a range of up to 500 kilometers.
· Israel
is concerned that Iran is trying to build advanced weapons factories in Syria
and Lebanon, in order to manufacture GPS-guided missiles that could hit targets
with greater accuracy.
· Iran is
moving its advanced weapons to an area closer to the Iraqi border, which is
good for Israel!
THE PRINCE OF PERSIA IS STILL HOVERING
OVER THE MIDDLE EAST!
DANIEL 10:12-13: “Then he continued, ‘Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first
day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before
your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. But the prince of the
Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief
princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of
Persia.’ ”
